Refund & Returns Policy

At Magic Nangs, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be processed.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cream chargers or accessories
  • Items not in original condition
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

3. Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photo/video evidence
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the issue

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • If the order is already en route, the delivery fee is non-refundable
  • No cancellations accepted for completed local deliveries

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

6. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
